Doors open: 12:15

Event starts: 13:00 sharp

We kindly ask you to arrive on time. Coming in late is not preferred, as it disrupts the talks.

Wardrobe

There will be an unguarded wardrobe available. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for personal belongings.

Avoid moving around once a talk has started

Photos & Videos

Photos and videos will be taken during the event. If you prefer not to appear in any recordings or pictures, please go to one of our volunteers at the entrance and request a sticker.
